About Time To Teach®

Educators deserve more than another binder on a shelf.

For over 30 years, we've helped schools build behavior systems that actually stick — not workshops, not initiatives, not theory. Practical, classroom-tested strategies delivered by people who've stood in front of real students.

30+ Years
400K+ Educators Trained
100+ Districts
35+ States
Our Story

Built in 1993.
Updated for today's classrooms.

Time To Teach® was founded in 1993 on a simple observation: the schools where teachers thrived weren't the ones with the most resources or the smallest classes — they were the ones where every adult in the building responded to behavior the same way.

That insight became a system. The system became a methodology. And the methodology became something districts could actually implement and sustain.

In 2006, we did something most PD companies never do: we started training the trainers. We knew the only way for our system to truly take root in a school was for someone *inside* that school to own it — to coach teachers, onboard new staff, and adapt as needs evolved.

Today, we're still teachers first. We work with current educators, in current classrooms, facing today's challenges. The strategies stay practical because we never stopped showing up where the work happens.

What Educators Are Saying

Districts trust us because the work works.

During my first two years as principal, we had over 300 office referrals and 150 out-of-school suspensions. After implementing these strategies — only two referrals in six weeks.
